I have used up
my trial license. What do I do now?
Once your trial period has been exceeded, you
must purchase a working version of the program.
Special cases may exist where we will extend
your trial license so you may further explore
the S.I.T.E. program.
If I forgot something, can I go back and edit
errors?
Yes the S.I.T.E. program allows you to review all
inspections and make changes where appropriate.
To do this, go to Sites and find the correct job
site to be changed. Click on Review Inspection.
Select the inspection date from the drop-down
list and click Show, selecting the form from the
menu. We also allow you to completely remove an
inspection from the database - just click on the
Remove button.
How is the database uploaded after
inspections are completed?
To upload the database, you must properly type
your website address, username, and password
that were supplied to you by MCS at the time of
installation in the Database Management section.
It is essential that these be entered correctly
the upload process will not be completed
properly. If you have forgotten these or would
like your password reset, please call technical
support.
Why do we need to 'compact' the database?
Because there are so many fields and tables used
to keep track of the information, compacting the
database is necessary for increased
performance and faster uploads to our web
server.
How do my customers view this data?
A convenient online interface is used that
allows customers to log in using their name and
password that you created in the Customer
section. Using a log in screen through your
website, they are able to view only their
corresponding sites and view multiple inspection
dates for those sites. Pictures are also taken
that are uploaded separately but associated with
an inspection so they can view problem areas and
other areas too.
